By creating an account or using PooPin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

PooPin is a location-based game where users claim territory hexagons on a map. The service is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to claim territory
• Spoof or fake your GPS location
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Attempt to exploit or disrupt the service

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Territory claims from terminated accounts may be released.

5. Liability Disclaimer

PooPin is not responsible for any real-world consequences of using the app, including but not limited to: trespassing on private property, injuries while walking, or disputes with other users. Always follow local laws and stay safe while playing.

6. Intellectual Property

The PooPin name, logo, and game design are our intellectual property. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL license.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
